The centrally controlled aircon is not ideal as we had to leave our bedroom and go into the hall to switch it on and off but the way the flat is designed means it would be difficult to change this.

Building feels very safe, has elevator. Internet is fast. Location is the best we could ask for. Fresh food market around the corner, overnight parking around the corner as well, one minute walk to lots of restaurants but you will not hear the noise. Five minutes walk to marina, beach is behind marina. Check in was very easy, communication with the manager via WhatsApp was also easy.

The only thing I would change is the vibrant yellow on the Solaga website. Its hard on the eyes. The location of data input boxes can be tricky to find. More colour contrast would help. Links are in tiny yellow font and hard to spot too!

We loved everything about the apartment except there was building work going on at the back of the apartment, facing our bedroom, which meant drilling banging and very noisy from 7.45am every morning so we couldn’t enjoy a restful time.

In allen Punkten hat die Agentur Solaga unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Die Mitarbeiter waren kompetent, sehr freundlich und extrem pünktlich. Man konnte die Uhr danach stellen. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Mal über Solaga eine sehr schöne Wohnung buchen.

We enjoyed the central location close to all amenities such as cafes, restaurants, taxi ranks, shops and the train station. The standard of facilities in the accommodation was fantastic such as the two bathrooms and a very modern and well equipped kse mere

The standard of facilities in the accommodation was fantastic such as the two bathrooms and a very modern and well equipped kitchen. It was a real home-from-home. There was even a shopping trolley!

On leaving the accommodation it might be useful for the agent to walk around with the guests to ensure everything has been left in a good state and nothing has been broken.

The location very near to the railway station and food market was great. It´s also close to the city centre which makes it easy to get to the main sights - cathedral, Picasso Museum etc and to good restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed having brease mere

We experienced an annoying noise from the plumbing in the building on the first night. The noise was a tapping sound in the wall (in the hallway but very near our bed) and appeared to occur when someone else in the building used water/flushed their se mere

The noise was a tapping sound in the wall (in the hallway but very near our bed) and appeared to occur when someone else in the building used water/flushed their toilet. Anyway, whatever the cause, the noise woke us up and caused us to move room after the first night in order to avoid being disturbed again. We did mention this to your rep who came to collect the keys from us at the end of our stay.

It was really easy booking with Solaga - they were really helpful, both on email and in person by the representative at the apartment. The taxi driver who met us at the airport was also helpful and pointed out sights, bus routes etc on the way to these mere

We rented two properties from Solaga, and both were wonderful, well-located, clean, with all appliances working. Both had lovely terraces for breakfasta view of the sunset. I would not hesitate to rent from Solaga again. Very professional and well managed.
